Every order goes through a quality inspection before shipping.

Our team carefully checks the product’s appearance, materials, stitching, construction, and overall condition to identify potential defects.

Our goal is simple: to make sure every customer receives a product that meets our quality standards.

We offer worldwide shipping with customs duties included. Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days, with an additional 1–3 business days required for order preparation and quality inspection.

We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition. Please contact our customer support team before initiating a return.

Shoes

When purchasing shoes, please pay attention to whether the size is listed as US Men’s, US Women’s, or UK sizing, as these systems differ.

We recommend using your EU size as the primary reference when selecting footwear, as it provides a more consistent comparison across different sizing systems.

If you are unsure about your size, please contact our customer support team before placing your order.

Clothing

Please note that sizing may vary depending on the brand, design, and fit.

For clothing with sizes starting from XS, the fit may run larger than expected. We recommend checking the product’s size chart carefully before ordering.

If you are unsure which size to choose, please contact our customer support team for personalized sizing recommendations.
